Aujourd\u2019hui, en plus des multiples courses sur route qui sont organis\u00e9es sur le territoire fran\u00e7ais et bien au-del\u00e0, vient d\u2019appara\u00eetre une pratique qui ravie de plus en plus de coureurs&nbsp;: le trail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le running, \u00e0 travers ces 2 disciplines, permet au pratiquant de renforcer son syst\u00e8me immunitaire, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer ses capacit\u00e9s respiratoires, sa circulation sanguine\u2026\u2026.et de retarder le vieillissement musculaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Au SUA athl\u00e9tisme nous proposons aux coureurs, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un encadrement qualifi\u00e9, des plans d\u2019entra\u00eenement structur\u00e9s et adapt\u00e9s aux objectifs de chacun. En plus des s\u00e9ances de course, en nature, sur route et sur la piste, nous proposons des s\u00e9ances de condition physique sous forme de circuit et de la technique de course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Exemple de s\u00e9ance&nbsp;:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un footing d\u2019\u00e9chauffement o\u00f9 chacun va \u00e0 son allure, le groupe se s\u00e9pare pour retrouver son coach afin de poursuivre par une s\u00e9ance sp\u00e9cifique selon les objectifs et pr\u00e9parations de chacun. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Course \u00e0 pied avec exercices de foul\u00e9es, travail de vitesse, d\u2019endurance, courses en c\u00f4te, circuit training de renforcement\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous vous accueillons dans un groupe running o\u00f9 chacun a sa place. Tout cela dans une ambiance&nbsp;chaleureuse et conviviale.
